1. What is X-REWARD?

X-REWARD is a reward system that helps agents to earn commissions for their monthly sales and direct referral sales.

2. How does the system work?

There are 2 components in this system: You and your Referral(s). By getting a friend or someone who's interested in becoming an EXCARD Member, you can earn Introducer Rewards and direct commissions from his or her monthly sales.

3. How many types of commissions are there in X-REWARD?

There are 2 types of commissions:

     1. Direct Commission - Commissions gained from total sales made by your referrals

     2. Group Commission - Commissions gained from total sales made by your whole group

4. What is a direct referral?

A Direct Referral is a person whom you invited to join as EXCARD Member. Once he or she successfully signs up, he or she becomes your direct referral.

5. Who is suited to be a direct referral?
Anyone who's interested in this business. Your direct referrals can come from diverse backgrounds i.e graphic designers, printers, salesmen, business owners, part timers, freelancers, self-employed individuals, etc. Start with family members and friends, then move on to co-workers and business acquaintances.

6. Can I have more than 1 direct referral?

Of course. You can invite as many people you like to join this business under your group. With more people in your group, not only will you earn one-time introducer rewards but also commissions from your referrals' sales as well as commissions from your group sales. Not forgetting the income from your personal sales too!

7. How do I get started?
Easy! Recruit as many likeminded people as you can to join this business. And maintain at least RM800 of personal sales every month. It's that simple!

8. How do I reach them?
Call them. Meet them. Show them the potential and simplicity of this business. Share with them your selling techniques. To help you out, EXCARD will prepare an invitation/referral email for you to send to your potential referrals. It will invite them to the EXCARD website where they will have a clearer understanding of the business. When they sign-up, they will be asked to state your Member code which will indicate you as their introducer. Upon approval, we will email you the good news and credit your Introducer Reward amount into your EXCARD account.

9. How can I monitor the progress of my referrals?
In your Member Online Account, you will see all the agents under your group. Referral daily sales will be displayed for you to keep track of. You can check your reward status anytime.

10. Can my direct referrals have their own direct referrals?

Of course. Once anyone becomes your referral, they become a full-fledge EXCARD Member just like you, and will enjoy the same privileges and benefits which include earning the various X-REWARD commissions.

11. When will I receive my commission(s)?
Before 15th of the following month.

12. How do I receive my commission(s)?
Cheque or direct transfer to your Member account.
