Will I have to pay for the delivery of
my goods?
No. We
provide free delivery to any registered address in Singapore. You only pay for printing.
2.
How will you deliver my goods?
All goods are delivered by our appointed courier.
EXCARD only works with reliable courier services that have good track
records.
3.
When will my goods arrive?
For Business Card orders:
Approx. 3 Days (2 working days for production + 1 working day for
delivery -
not inclusive of the
day files were sent by Member.
For Pre-Inked Stamp orders:
Approx. 2 Days (1 working day for production + 1 working day for
delivery)

the day files sent and received by Member.

Do you provide rushed (overnight) delivery?
No.
5.
Which areas do your delivery service cover?
Our appointed courier service provider delivers to locations in
Singapore unless stated otherwise.

Can I collect my orders personally from your office?
No. All orders will be delivered to you by courier.

Can you send the orders to my customers?
No.
We only deliver to our Members' doorstep. This is to allow you the option
of repacking the
goods before delivering it personally to your customers.
8.
Does
EXCARD guarantee on time delivery of my goods?
While
we
are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our Members, we cannot
guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather,
emergencies and the efficiency of
the courier service.
9.
What should I do if I don’t receive my orders on time?

or call 604-4411650. Provide us your order reference number and tell us
the problem.
We'll try to sort it out as soon as possible.

should I do if there's a mix up in my order and I receive another Member's
goods?
