1.     How do I pay for my order?

EXCARD uses a prepaid system whereby you need to deposit at least RM200 into your EXCARD Member Online Account as your cash advance to begin with. Each time you make an order, payment for it will be deducted from the cash advance in your account. You must have sufficient funds in your account to pay for your order. You may top-up/reload your account anytime. (See #3 for recommended reload amount)

2. How
do I reload my cash advance

There are 2 ways to reload your cash advance into your EXCARD account:

i) Telegraphic Transfer (TT): Send the money due by asking for a Telegraphic Transfer from your bank to be made to our correspondent bank. Telegraphic Transfers can be sent in most currencies. The money should normally be credited into our account within 3 days. Please fax your reload receipt and the copy of your TT receipt to us for proof (Fax: 604-4422650). EXCARD will credit your cash advance in your Member Online Account once payment is received

Please address all TT reloads/payments to:
