How do I pay for my order?
EXCARD
uses a
prepaid system whereby you need to deposit at least
RM200 into your EXCARD Member Online Account as your cash advance to
begin with. Each time you make an order, payment for it
will be deducted from the cash advance in your
account. You must have sufficient funds in your account
to pay for your order. You may top-up/reload your
account anytime. (See #3 for recommended reload amount)
2. How
do I reload my cash
advance
There are
2 ways to
reload your cash advance into your EXCARD account:
i)
Telegraphic Transfer (TT): Send the money due by
asking for a Telegraphic Transfer from your bank to be
made to our correspondent bank. Telegraphic Transfers
can be sent in most currencies. The money should
normally be credited into our account within 3 days.
Please fax your reload receipt and the copy of your TT
receipt to us for proof (Fax: 604-4422650). EXCARD will credit your cash
advance in your Member Online Account once payment is
received

VISA or Mastercard through our appointed money transfer
gateway NETBUILDER (www.netbuilder.com.my).
Please note there will be a 2% transfer fee for each
reload/payment made by credit card. Upon choosing your reload
amount in the Reload Account page, a copy of your
transaction will be emailed to us. However EXCARD will only
credit your cash advance in your Member Online Account once
payment is approved by
NETBUILDER.
3. What
are the currencies supported by NETBUILDER?
Currently,
all transactions done on NETBUILDER must be in Ringgit
Malaysia (RM). All
payments will
be automatically converted during the payment process
linking to our money transfer gateway
according to current exchange rates.

What is the recommended amount to reload into My
EXCARD Account?
You
may choose to deposit any of the amounts set in your
EXCARD Account 'Reload Account' page. The minimum amount
for Telegraphic Transfer is RM200
(≈S$84). Online Credit Card reload requires a minimum
cash advance of RM300 (≈S$126).
5. What is the mode of payment?

What is the purpose of cash advance?
Cash
Advance serves as advance payment for your future orders.
(Refer to #1 and #2 for mode of payment and
#3 for recommended reload amount.)
Each
time you make an order, payment for it will be deducted
from the cash advance in your account. You
can reload your account whenever necessary.
7.
Will I get an official receipt for my order?
And how will I get it?
You
will be issued a receipt for every order you make. It
will be sent to you along with your goods. You can
also trace and print your order and statement of account
by accessing your Member Online Account.
8.
Will EXCARD invoice my customers?
EXCARD
only deals directly with EXCARD Members. As such, we
will only issue invoices to you - not your customers.
9.
How do I report a billing error to EXCARD?
Just send us an email reporting the error. Describe the
problem to us and we will get back to you as soon as
possible.
